1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through the Velura online shop (Switzerland).
2. Prices & payment
All prices include VAT and worldwide shipping. Payment by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Klarna.
3. Delivery
Dispatch within 24 hours (working days) from our Swiss warehouse. Delivery times: UK and EU 3–7 working days, Switzerland 1–3 working days, worldwide 7–14 working days.
4. Returns
Unopened, factory-sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products are excluded from return. In case of quality defects we replace the product free of charge.
5. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. For UK consumers, statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
6. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Velura. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
